Transformation happens layer by layer. Never all at once. That's why you hear a lot of people say “It’s levels to it.” The journey doesn't end, we just eventually learn how to handle each level better than the last.
It's not about becoming anything, it's about shedding everything that's not you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place. So embrace it. Opening your heart to change don't run from it. It's okay to be afraid especially since we don't know what is on the other side of transformation. Think about it positively. The potential it could bring if you tap in, stay present, and stay aware of your emotions. I can go on and on that's why I decided to make a series about the transformation process. So I hope this little piece helps, stay tuned for more.
Quick Homework Assignment: Write down how you feel after reading this.
Sit back in whatever position makes you comfortable and breathe in through your nose from your diaphragm… release the air from your nose as well! Focus your intention on what you want to achieve in this lifetime. Every doubt that comes to your mind imagine yourself still doing what you set your intentions on. I know it is hard to focus in these times with so much fear in the media, chaos around the world while dealing with personal matters. Remember chaos brings order. So don't fear the what-ifs just have faith that you are protected and everything happens for a reason.
Now that you have planted the idea in your mind, doing research is the next step. If you like gaining information visually, I suggest you use platforms like YouTube or TikTok. If you like reading, use your browser to ask questions surrounding your goal. Books, Blogs, and Browser! Take notes, and use those notes to make your blueprint. After you have a plan in motion, it's time to network! I'm an introvert so I network mostly online. If a seminar comes to my area, I try to attend if I can. Here are a couple of things you should bring with you when attending events. Business cards with your contact info and or social media tags. A business plan with your proper licenses if needed. This shows that you are prepared and ready for anything.
Stay the course and along the way if you need to make changes do so. I think the biggest thing in all of this is staying true to who you are. Don't change what you want to show the world to fit someone else's comfort zone. That's a path destroyer, you'll find yourself living for other people your whole life. The intent is to do things to help others along the way or yourself simply. Anyone who tells you don't do that and you know for a fact it's meant for you to do, DO IT ANYWAYS! 10 out of 10 they are not mad at you, they are mad it's YOU!
So pave your way and trust the process! If you don't who will!
